Shipping Policy

1. Shipment Processing Times

All orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has officially shipped.

Please note: Processing time is separate from transit/shipping time.

2. International Shipping Estimates & Rates

We ship to standard international destinations across the globe. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed clearly at checkout.

  • Estimated Delivery Time: Depending on your location and country's postal efficiency, global transit times generally range between 7 to 20 business days.

  • Delays: While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, we are not responsible for delivery delays caused by shipping carriers, severe weather, or external disruptions beyond our control.

3. Customs, Duties, and Taxes (International Orders)

When purchasing from our store, you are responsible for ensuring the product can be lawfully imported to your destination country.

Our store is not responsible for any customs duties, tariffs, or import taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the sole responsibility of the customer (including tariffs, taxes, or brokerage fees).

4. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking information is typically updated and active within 48 hours of shipment.

5. Damages, Lost Packages, and Risk of Loss

All risk of loss and title for items purchased from our website pass to you upon our delivery of the items to the shipping carrier.

If you receive your order damaged, or if your package is officially declared lost by the carrier, please contact our support team immediately at urban_puppy1@hotmail.com so we can evaluate the issue and arrange a solution or replacement. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
